CHEESE SAUCE

Assembly - lasagna noodle - on one end place a slice of ham - broccoli spears one or both sides of ham slice. Begin to roll (jellyroll fashion) all three noodle, ham and broccoli all the way to end of noodle. Place in a 1 1/2 quart oblong baking dish with cheese in bottom. Pour remainder of sauce down center of noodle roll-ups and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake 350 degrees 15 minutes - uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until hot.
Cheese Sauce - Stir in small saucepan first four ingredients. Cook over medium heat, 1 minute. Stir in milk - cook until thick (do not boil). Add cheese, stir until smooth.

Roll out bread dough (approximately 12 x 12 inches). Mix and spread on dough: spinach, oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Layer on spinach mixture: pepperoni, boiled ham, Mozzarella cheese.
Roll lengthwise, place seam down on greased cookie sheet. Brush top with 1 egg mixed with 2 tablespoons water. Rise 15 to 30 minutes. Make diagonal slashes on top of roll, not cutting through the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cook meat, onion and green pepper, drain off fat. Stir in everything but macaroni bring to a boil, add macaroni. Cover and simmer till macaroni is done. Remove bay leaf.

Pouch chicken 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked; shred chicken and cool. Combine chicken, peaches, cucumber, onion and parsley. In blender mix oil, orange juice, wine vinegar and garlic. Combine chicken mixture and dressing. Place on lettuce and roll up.

In a large bowl. combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt, milk, garlic salt, pepper and add cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add macaroni and stir until coated. Pour into a greased 2 ½-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until heated through.

Cook together meat, onion, peppers and celery until done. Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix all other ingredients with noodles, pour into 9 x 13 pan. Cover with sliced cheese. Cover pan with foil.
Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

Combine sauerkraut, cabbage, bay leaves, brown sugar, salt, pepper and beer in large dutch oven. Bake at 325 degrees until cabbage is tender. Add sausage and potatoes let simmer until heated through.

In a 10-inch skillet cook sausage and mushrooms until meat is brown. Drain fat. In a large saucepan cook sliced potatoes, covered, in boiling water for 5 minutes (the potatoes won't be throughly cooked). Drain; set aside.
For filling, stir together egg, ricotta or cottage cheese and Parmesan or Romano cheese. Stir in spinach. For sauce, in a medium saucepan cook onion and garlic in hot margarine or butter until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in flour and nutmeg. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Top with half the spinach filling. Top with half of the meat mixture, half of the sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, except reserve remaining cheese. Cover dish with foil.
Bake in a 350 oven about 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese atop. Bake for 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Grind meat. Cook noodles then add chopped ham and sour cream. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine spinach, stuffing and sour cream. Spread 1/4 cup stuffing mixture down center of each ham slices. Roll up and place seam side down in single layer in 12' x 8" baking dish.
Melt butter in saucepan blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Add cheddar cheese, stir until cheese melts. Pour over ham. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 15 minutes - uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
Serving Ideas : Serve hot with sauce spooned over rolls.
