| 1 | can | kidney beans |
| 1 | can | baked beans |
| 1 | can | butter beans |
| 5 | slices | bacon - fried |
| 1/3 | cup | catsup |
| 1/3 | cup | brown sugar |
| Worestershire sauce | ||
| 1 | onion |
Drain the two cans of beans. Slice onion and fry in bacon fat. Mix beans, fried bacon, brown sugar, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally.
NOTES : I have also done it in my crock-pot. My 3 quart crock holds a double batch. (Good for picnics)

| 2 | 10oz pkg | frozen broccoli |
| 2 | cups | cooked rice |
| 2 | cans | cream of chicken soup |
| 3/4 | cup | mayonnaise |
| 1 | tbsp | lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 | cups | Monterey jack cheese - shredded |
| 3/4 | cup | soft bread crumbs |
| 2 | tbsp | butter - melted |
Cook broccoli and drain. Place rice in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, broccoli next and chicken pieces. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top. Toss bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.

| 1 | can | water chestnuts - chopped |
| 1 | can | cream of chicken soup |
Mix all ingredients in buttered casserole. Top with Ritz Cracker crumbs, saltine cracker or bread crumbs. Melt one stick of butter (8 tablespoons) and pour on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.

Cook grits. (If too dry, add a little water or milk) Add butter and cheese. Beat eggs and add enough milk to eggs to make 1 cup. Add to grits mixture. Bake in a greased casserole at 359 degrees for 40 minutes (or according to your stove.)
NOTES : This is one of Cathy's recipes. We add more cheese whether it be mild or sharp. Who cares?

Cook macaroni. Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over cooked macaroni in a baking dish . Cut cheddar cheese into cubes and add to macaroni mix.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

| 1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | can | chow mein noodles |
Brown hamburger with onions and celery then drain. Mix with all the ingredients except noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Put noodles on top and brown a few minutes.

| 1 | can | or 1 lb pineapple - crushed and drained well |
Melt butter, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serving Ideas : Serve with ham (or add ham chunks)
NOTES : For recipe doubling. Use one can chunky pineapple and drain well.
Whole wheat bread can be used and crust is okay too.

| 1 | soup can | milk |
| 1 3/4 | cups | chicken broth |
| 1 | onion - diced | |
| 1 | jar | pimiento - diced |
| 1/2 | lb | cheese - shredded |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
Mix all together - place in refrigerator overnight. - grease casserole. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
NOTES : I usually put some buttered cracker crumbs over top. I use snack cracker. (Ritz)

| 1 | stick | margarine |
| 1 | cup | rice |
Melt margarine - add 1 cup rice, mix well. Add mushrooms with liquid, 1 can beef broth and 1 can onion soup. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
NOTES : Chicken broth maybe used in place of beef.

| 1 | 8.5oz can | artichoke hearts - drained and quartered |
| 1 | cup | buttered bread crumbs |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in saute pan. Saute onion in butter. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and blended together. Add spinach to the mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Layer spinach mixture and artichoke hearts alternately. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes until heated through.

| 1 | cup | onion - chopped |
| 1 | cup | water chestnuts - chopped and drained |
| 1 | cup | grated cheddar cheese |
| 3/4 | cup | real mayonnaise |
| 1 | roll | Ritz crackers - crushed |
| 1 | stick | butter |
Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish, sprayed with Pam. Top with crackers and pour melted butter over all.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

| 1/2 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |

| 2 | cups | grated Mozzarella cheese - divided |
| 1 | lb | ground beef |
| 1/2 | cup | chopped onion |
| 1 | 15oz can | Italian-flavor tomato sauce or tomato sauce with 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp basil |
| 1 | medium | green pepper - chopped |
Place zucchini in strainer; sprinkle with salt. Let drain for 10 minutes. Squeeze out moisture. Combine zucchini with eggs, Parmesan cheese and half the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan; bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onions. Drain and add tomato sauce; spoon over baked zucchini mixture. Top with remaining cheeses and sprinkle with green pepper. Bake for 20 minutes more.
