Drain peppers, olives and mushrooms. Chop everything fairly fine. Blend in vinegar, oil and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Refrigerate covered. Stir several times.
Serving Ideas : Serve with crackers. We prefer Ritz.
NOTES : Can be stored for up to a month. It gets better with age.

Bring water to a boil with butter or margarine in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and next three ingredients. Cook and beat with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a smooth ball of dough. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time beating well. Add bacon, cheese and onions to dough. Drop dough by teaspoonsful 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Puffs will be moist in center. Serve warm.
NOTES : Can be frozen after cooked for up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Reheat at 350 for 5 minutes or warmed through.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Keep in refrigerator. Shape in balls or put in butter mold.

Soften cream cheese and cream with sour cream. Add ½ cup cheese and other ingredients; mix well. Add crab and stir. Pour into shallow baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serving Ideas : Serve with corn chips or vegetable sticks.

Combine garlic salt, seasoned salt, oil and Worcestershire sauce. Mix remaining ingredients in roasting pans and drizzle oil mixture over all, stirring gently. Roast 2 hours at 250 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
NOTES : Store in airtight containers. This makes a ton of stuff but very good.

Beat cream cheese and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add pumpkin, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and ginger, beating well. Cover and chill 8 hours
Yield: 3 cups

Defrost pie crust (or prepare your own crust as usual). Press into 9" pie pan and pinch up dough around edge Set aside without baking.
Brown bacon in batches Drain, cool and cut bacon into bite-sized pieces with scissors. Pour off most of the drippings from bacon leaving about 2 tablespoons in skillet. Cook onions in drippings until limp but not brown.
To Make Quiche: Heat oven to 375 F. Sprinkle bacon over un-baked pie shell, then cooked onions. Top with mushrooms. Distribute the spinach evenly over crust in pinches. Cover all with shredded cheese. Beat eggs together with cream. Add salt, cracked pepper and nutmeg. Pour egg mixture over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. If edge of crust gets too brown, cover with foil.
Yield: 1 quiche
NOTES : Filling may be made with other things substituted for some of the ingredients: Chopped cooked ham, cooked chicken, pepperoni, cooked sausage, black olives and green pepper, different cheeses, etc.

Beat cream cheese til creamy, blend in other ingredients, except almonds and paprika. Put in 9-inch pie plate and top with almonds and paprika.
Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

In a bowl combine cheese, mayonnaise, 1/3 cup olives, chiles, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Transfer to a ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle tomato, olives and green onions on top.
Yield: 2 2/3 cups

In a bowl, blend together first four ingredients then add chopped spinach. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Yield: 2 1/4 cups

NOTES : Cheesy Spinach Dip : Add 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese and ½ cup extra sour cream

Cook bacon crisp. Drain and keep warm. Heat broiler. Pry muffins apart with fork and lay side by side on cookie sheet. Toast undersides under broiler (lightly). Remove from oven, turn upright. Top each with slice of cheese. Combine onion and Worcestershire sauce and put small amount on cheese. Top with a tomato slice. Broil until hot and bubbly. Garnish with 2 pieces of bacon.
